Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your participation in Social Cycle Reminders, the SMS messaging program operated by Ordinary Company, LLC (“we,” “us”).
By entering your mobile phone number in the application's Settings page and saving it, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Social Cycle Reminders at that number. Your consent is given directly to Ordinary Company, LLC for this program only. It is not bundled into any other agreement, is not a condition of purchasing anything, and is not shared with or transferred to any other program, brand, or company.
Program name
Social Cycle Reminders — the SMS program of the Social Cycle app, operated by Ordinary Company, LLC.
What messages you will receive
Social Cycle Reminders sends you automated reminders about your own saved contacts' birthdays, the outreach schedules you configured, and the plans you created in the app. The program is two-way: you can reply with short commands to log a note, snooze a reminder, or request a draft message.
Messages are account notifications about your own data. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How to opt in
Save your mobile number on the Settings page of the application. The disclosures on that page — program name, message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to stop — are shown at the point where you enter your number. Only the account holder's own number can be enrolled; we never enroll or message your contacts.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. You may also clear your number in Settings.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the reminder schedules you configure — typically a few messages per week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network availability.
Your information is not shared
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
This program is not affiliate marketing and is not third-party lead generation. We do not buy, sell, or exchange phone numbers or opt-in data with anyone. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, which is the single authoritative privacy policy for this program.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the revision date above will change. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes to the messaging program will be disclosed before they take effect.
